While everyone is focused on the lead time for custom countertops, it's worth noting the impact of custom cabinetry as well. Many homeowners opt for custom designs to maximize storage and fit unique kitchen layouts, which can add substantial time to the overall project. From initial design approval to fabrication and delivery, this can easily add several weeks, if not months, to the schedule, even before installation begins. Balancing these custom elements with the desire for efficiency is a constant challenge in kitchen remodels.
